Training of Trainers Facilitators
Training of Trainers/Facilitators Programs are provided in English, French or Romanian languages.
In Training of Trainers Programs, participants improve their knowledge and skills in a certain topic and at the same time learn how to transfer them in an effective way, using adult learning methodologies, designing and conducting interactive, participatory training events.
In Training of Facilitators Programs, participants improve their knowledge and skills in the strategic planning/problem solving fields and at the same time learn how to design and conduct in an effective way participatory, inclusive planning/problem solving processes.

The programs duration could be from 5 to 10 days. Participants in our programs receive high quality training materials
- Trainers' Toolkit including concepts on adult learning principles, methodologies and tools
- Training Manuals available in English or translated into other CEE/SEE languages through the small grants offered with LGI support, to multiply programs at national level.
